• Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Speech from Owner Grant Fry

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM:

• Menu Tasting and Sampling 
• Try a taste of our specialty sandwiches, drinks, and desserts

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM:

• Chocolatier Workshop
• Owner and head chocolate maker will be demonstrating how to make a rolled truffle and a filled chocolate bonbon

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM:

• Making Kit Demo
• Watch and participate in a demonstration of one of our fun cooking kits

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM:

• Chocolate Tasting and Trivia Contest
• Taste chocolate bars from around the world and join in a trivia contest for a big prize

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM:

• Evening Dessert Sampling
• Try a sample of some of our signature desserts
