Chocolate you could make, learn and give.
Hands-on chocolate-making and curated gourmet gifts extended the Taste117 Mesa experience beyond the café table.

Learning by doing
Taste117 Mesa promoted chocolate-making classes as part of its offering. That choice made sense for a brand centered on craft: a class lets guests see how temperature, texture, molding, filling and finishing change the final piece. Even a simple session can make chocolate feel less mysterious and more intentional.
Classes also transform the shop into a social space. Friends, couples, families and small groups can participate together, leaving with both a product and a story about how it was made.
For food lovers, not generic gift baskets.
Public descriptions of Taste117 Mesa also emphasized a curated marketplace with gourmet gifts. The strongest food gifts feel edited rather than crowded: one excellent chocolate, a complementary pantry item, thoughtful packaging and a clear sense of occasion. That philosophy matches the same editorial restraint used in this redesign.
Because the Mesa shop is no longer operating, this page does not offer class registration or product checkout. It preserves the categories that shaped the brand and directs current questions to the official email.
